At our auditions you will required to sing a song of your choice, followed by a dance and drama assessment. We will then ask you to attend two rehearsals on a trial basis and after this a letter will be sent to you with the results of your trial. If you have been successful you will then join our theatre company and begin training and start to rehearse for the current production.

Please note for those children under 10 years old we are primarily looking for those children who have confidence and bags of energy. No past experience is necessary to audition.

Once accepted into Songtime Theatre Arts you will be placed in the current production. Rehearsals are never held in school hours and will be held on one evening a week with the younger group meeting from 5.30 - 7.30 and the older group meeting from 7.30 - 9.30.

As we approach the performance more rehearsals will be required. This may involve extending the rehearsal time to 4 hours and/or Sunday rehearsal. We will provide details of rehearsal times as the show progresses.

Additional rehearsals are all covered under your termly fees.

Although we try to operate on a three term basis which roughly correspond to the academic term, depending on the exact dates of the production your child is in, these may vary slightly to accommodate the production's needs.
